A passion for design and real estate development led Jami Nash into a career in residential real estate. For over 10 years Jami has worked on designing and developing properties in the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Grove and West Hollywood neighborhoods, creating a lifestyle for her buyers. Through this experience she has a vast knowledge of what buyers are looking for, the Los Angeles market and its trends. Buying and selling a home is an emotional process, being on both ends as a buyer/seller and agent gives her the understanding and ability to communicate through some of the toughest of situations. I don't usually write reviews but I am so impressed with Jami that I felt compelled. I was trying to get into a property for six months with my previous agent with no luck. I heard about Jami from a friend and decided to try her. Within three weeks with multiple offers on the table she got me my house. She was an amazing negotiator ,got me money back in credits for the inspection and even helped with design ideas. She is one of the most honest and pleasant realtors that I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her.

We were looking to buy a house in California while still living in Ohio. Jami was referred to us. What a GEM she is!!!! Jami is very knowledgeable, professional and truly dedicated to her clients. If it weren't for her being so conscientious, we would have lost out on our offer. She was not only our ears but our eyes since we relied on her for everything. Laws, escrow and association information. Being from another state things are done differently. We have complete trust in her. She negotiated on our behalf and subsequently we are now living in our dream home. (And at a great price). If you are looking for the best.. Jami Nash is it!

We were looking to buy a house in California while living in Ohio. Jami was referred to us. What a GEM !!!!! Jami is extremely professional, knowledgeable and is truly dedicated to her clients. If it weren't for Jami being so conscientious and on the ball, we would have lost out on our offer. Jami went way beyond what a normal a realtor would do. Being so far away, we relied on her to handle details, contacts and laws we were unfamiliar with. Jami made every detail easy for us. Thanks to Jami and her incredible negotiating skills we are in our new home. (And at the right price). We will refer Jami to anyone needing a professional real estate agent anywhere.
