They were there the minute they said they'd be. They were quick, polite, and got out all the pet stains - there were many -  for a reasonable price. I will use them again.

The owner arrived (1 person) & explained his product. In the past, I have had well advertised companies promise 2 workers but only 1 would show up & they reluctantly protected my wood furniture. I had him protect my wood furniture before he started cleaning the carpet -- no problem. He sprayed the cleaning solution, started up his equipment & then began. My carpet looked new -- no extra charge for pretreament of high traffic area. I did add the fabric protector. I'm going to call to schedule for another cleaning.

Quoted $180 on the phone, but when he got there he saw it was smaller than he thought and only charged $120. This was such a positive thing as I am so used to carpet cleaning people doing the "bait and switch" thing with their quotes.

They use pet friendly, non-toxic products to clean my carpet. They are wonderful and always do a good job.
