We met Fred at an open house. He immediately struck us as warm and friendly. Fred invited us to his office and walked us through the home buying process even though at that time we were not clients. He patiently worked with us (on and off for two years!) as we looked for a home. When were financially able to buy a place, he showed us many properties that fit our specifications. Fred was always patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. When we found a property we wanted, he moved incredibly quickly - even meeting us on Super Bowl Sunday - during the game - to discuss making an offer on the property. Fred has great instincts - we trusted his advice on our offer and we know we made an amazing deal because of him! Throughout the process, he was always accessible by phone and email. We never waited more than an hour for a return call from him ever. My husband and I found him a pleasure to work with and he made the home buying process accessible and unintimidating!
