The agent appeared fairly unprepared - several of the listings we went to were disgusting, and appeared a surprise to her. Others we couldn't get in to after walking around the building and calling. She didn't seem to be able to find what we were looking for, and wasted much of our time. By chance, one of the last viewings worked and we bought. As soon as the deal was closed, we never heard from her again, no "thank you," no "congratulations," no call me or refer me card, etc. Surprising - we've bought several places in the past and each Realtor we've used at least sent a card thanking us for the business, sent a bottle of wine, etc.
