The paint crew had only one fault and that was the lack of attention to detail. We shouldn't have had to point out areas that needed more work or that were overlooked altogether, on a daily basis. Mr. Spencer told them to address these areas and they would do just a minor improvement and we had to bring to their attention again. We're satisfied with the job, but not overly satisfied. After they left we noticed paint drips our flagstone patio and entry that we missed while they were here. This was another of lack of attention to detail, they should have done a better job. Also they jumped the gun on the final clean up, assuming that they had done everything correctly. When Mr. Spencer had them go back and redo different areas, they didn't lay down the tarping like they should have and were in a hurry to get done with a job that I felt could have been done right the first go round.

Daniel arrived punctually for the initial walk-in estimate appointment. He impressed me with his knowledge of the job's requirements e.g digging a trench alongside the house's sides to paint just below eye-level, and then covering up the dugouts correctly. I offered him the job after evaluating three other bids. In the interim, I received independent recommendations to use the water-resistant elasto meringue paint (which would increase D. Spencer's up-front costs). To my delight, Daniel not only agreed to use this paint, but he also honored the initial price that he had quoted to me. The job took five business days in total. The painters (Julio, Eric) were conscientious, detail-oriented, and worked fast to finish the job quickly and correctly. At the very end, D. Spencer also left two paint cans for touch-ups. All trash/materials were appropriately removed. This is a high-integrity, quality oriented operation. I highly recommend D. Spencer for all paint jobs.

I hire D Spencer Painting to paint the exterior of my house and garage they did a great job the crew was very neat the work was done on time and the project was completed on budget the price I was charged was several hundred dollars below the estimates I received from other painting company's and I'm very pleased with the completed job I'd hire them again anytime AAAAA service.
