We have used other cleaning agencies in the area before, and we like this one the best! Polite, punctual, and love the fact that there is no weekly/monthly obligation or price quote visitations. Where other agencies send 1-2 people, and clean over a few hours- Ye Olde sends 4 cleaners for 1 hour. You can add additional hours, but 1 hour gets the majority of the work done, and done well, in that time for a 3-5 bedroom house. They make it very easy to hire them, and we appreciate the fact we don't have to wait around for 4 hours while the house is cleaned. Everything went very well! The only suggestion we have is that occasionally the cleaning can seem pretty and quot;roughand quot;- as in the blinds smashing the sides of the window frames. (This accounts for the B in professionalism) We will definitely use them again!

I've used this company off and on for years. They are efficient, professional and thorough. They dont 27t dilly dally rather they get right to work. Four women divide up chores for the house and you basically get four hours worth of work in one hour. Much better than having someone camp out all day. If I've hired them for an hour and my house is particularly messy they may not get to everything within that time frame, I understand that and give them a list of priorities. If I want the house spotless I may choose to hire them for a longer period of time. I've probably used them about 16 times in the last 13 years. Only once was I disappointed and called the company. She addressed my issue immediately and took care of it.

Used my membership in Angie's list to obtain this service. I was calling from Portland, Oregon about a rental that I had to repair and clean. I called Francine and she was ready to work with me when I arrived in Stockton one week later. She was on time and offered me good advice on the cleaning of the rental. She worked around the schedule for the repair men. When I was ready for her services she provided a four person crew to clean the house. They came in and did a good job and were very pleasant people. I would recommend the service and I really had deep respect and appreciation for Francine. She has a cash only business and that worked for me.
