It should have been a tipoff when we asked for an estimate, and after waiting for two weeks, finally got one...we told them to go ahead and fix it...well, three months later (yes three months!) it was fixed, but not to the quality we wanted. OMG....we had them replace a piece of glass in our door and it looks like a drunk monkey did it. I've called three times to let them know how I feel and they have yet to return my calls.
Description of Work: Basically, it's a door that has a big window in it and the plastic frame is made up to look like there are stiles for nine panes of glass and in between is a sheet of double paned glass (this is what was broken)...well the replacement glass already had the stiles sandwiched in between, so they cut the old ones off of the existing plastic frame, but it looks like they did it with a nail clipper...all the edges are jaggedy and rough - it doesn't look finished or neat..we could have gotten a new door, and just put it on the existing hinges for two hundred.
