Appliance Sale, Appliance Repair
The guy who came to deliver this was Vinny. When he came to install it, for some reason a part was missing. He could not put it together so he just sort of dumped them on the floor. When he did hook it up, he only tested one cycle. Come to find out, it was leaking. He told me that there was water in the hose and that it would stop. Guess what, it is still leaking. I am not too happy with them. He would not go out of his way to get the part for me or anything. The washer also shakes too. They did not level it out. It was just doing all kinds of rocking and rolling. This was covered under my Home Protection Plan. The original charge was $2300 and I only had to pay $1100.
