Absolutely terrible quality and service, would give a zero if possible. We worked out a contract ahead of time with the owner on a complete exterior and interior paint job. They made multiple mistakes in the first bedroom they started including leaving holes unfilled, not sealing cracks before painting over them, and either forgetting to paint some areas or not applying enough coats. All of these things were included in our contract, despite them claiming that they were extra work. We are incredibly unsatisfied with this entire ordeal and when we enquired about a bedroom closet door that We Paint broke, we received no reply. I'm leaving this review for anyone else who has seen their advertisements online or their “award” plaque, so that you’re not setting yourself up for disappointment and possible property damage. If you still do end up hiring these guys make sure if a foreman named Rick shows up at your door, you immediately call the owner and ask for a different paint crew.

the guy named" bobbie" is such a wonderful person. He is very nice, polite, professional and easy to talk to. Any questions that I had, he always gave me answers that i understood. He kept me up to date on the progress of the project. I will be hiring this company again next year to do the inside of me house. Thank you guys for everything. Thank you.

Marcello and Daniel arrived on scheduled date and started to prep the house. We all did a walk around and talked about each area where special attention was needed and clarified the work order request. They power washed the entire house and prepped other areas as needed. The second day the painting actually began. Marcello covered all the plants and windows to protect from over spray. By the end of the day the entire house was painted the basic color and the new wood trim was primed. We did a walk around and talked about some trouble spots which were taken care of before they left the job site on that day. The third day we met and talked about the finish. Marcello and Daniel did a fabulous job with all the trim, eves, awnings and especially the front door We all expressed the fact that we could actually see the wood carved patterns in the door now because of the new paint job. We did outrlast walk around and they did some touch up at places, reattached the cable wires on the back of the house, cleaned all the paper and masking tape off the windows and other covered areas, and left the place spotless. The only thing left was a beautifully painted house. Thank you for Jason at We Paint, Marcello and Daniel for a wonderful job.

Once again outstanding service, response, and quality. Jason was patient through the HOAs confusion; and then he and all his team members were patient with me and my angst over the colors and my obsessive concern over how straight the lines had to be. This is the second house WE PAINT has done for us and we are getting ready to call them to paint a rental. OUTSTANDING... and I don't say that often.

We had gotten one other estimate, talked to several of our neighbors who had recently gotten their homes painted and did our own comparison shopping when we got WePaint's flyer with a Sunday paper. We held on to it for quite awhile, and when the timing was right, had Jose come out to do the estimate. He was punctual, professional and easy to talk to. He wasn't pushy, but offered suggestions when asked his opinion. Since one of our neighbors had used his company to have their larger home painted, we and quot;bit the bulletand quot; and scheduled the painting. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with the original start date and it rained the entire first week the painting was supposed to have been done.
During that week of rain, however, his crew was not idle. They did fence prep work, repaired both gates and placed an entirely new fencepost for one of the gates, as to original one had rotted at the base. They even replicated the and quot;nauticaland quot; theme of the gate closest to the water by cutting decorative and quot;wavesand quot; into the top of the gate…as we had done previously.
The rain finally stopped (we needed it, so we weren't all that upset at the delay), and Jose's crew got to work quickly and efficiently. Within 4 days, all the repair work and the major portion of painting was complete. It took another day to day-and-a-half to completely finish the job and, it looks fantastic. When we drive onto our driveway now and see how beautiful our home looks, we are thrilled we chose WePaint and can highly recommend them.
