Walker Veterinary Hospital located in Stockton opened its doors in the 1960's as a freestanding veterinary hospital. The pet hospital was limited to small animals and has continued to treat them exclusively to this day. Dr. Boden & and his staff plan to continue their excellent personal services, and add new pet services according to the needs of their patients. Dr. Boden is always looking for new and creative ideas to better your experience! Our services include Pet Boarding Services, Dental Services, Pet Examination Services, Food & Nutrition, Grooming Services, Surgical Services, Vaccination Services, In House Blood Work, X-rays and Ultrasound Services. Dr. Boden was born in 1954 in Florida, but was raised in New Jersey. After completing his veterinary studies at Kansas State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978, he joined a mixed practice (large & small animals) here in Stockton. In 1979 he joined Dr. Lowell Walker at Walker Veterinary Hospital. After working for nine years as an associate, he bought out Dr. Walker. He is a member of The American Veterinary Medical Association, the California Veterinary Medical Association and the Northern San Joaquin Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Boden and his wife, Anita, have two sons and a daughter. Chris is an insurance and investment broker and owner of RCBoden Insurance Service. Philip is a professional web and graphic designer and co-creator of "Par Out Golf: the game".
