Overall moving went well. Boxes held up through several loads.

THERE WAS AN EXTREMELY LONG LINE EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR TRUCKS TO GET RETURNED; EVEN THOUGH I HAD MADE A RESERVATION. THE EMPLOYEE NEVER ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO PURCHASE MOVING MATERIALS NOR DID THEY EXPLAIN MY RESPONSIBILITIES (I.E. GAS MILEAGE, LIABILITY, ETC). I COULDNT WAIT TO LEAVE. IF I HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I WOULD, BUT THEY WOULDNT BE MY FIRST CHOICE.
