I had a leak in the eve area of my roof so I made an appointment with Torlai Construction & Roof Inspection.  Franco came out and checked the area of the leak and let me know the cause was due to years of built up dirt in the valley, which caused the backup and leak in the eve.  He quoted the price to clean out the valley and went to work.  He was such a nice guy, and explained everything he was going to do, and was also very careful as I was worried abouit him walking on and breaking my tile roof. :)  



Franco double checked the eve that had been leaking, and showed me the problem was fixed, he did a great job cleaning  everything up afterwards, and told me to call if I have any other concerns or questions. 



I actually had an earlier appointment I had to cancel due to illness, so I called this morning and they scheduled Franco to come out today....I was so glad they could take care of the problem so fast and before it became a much bigger problem.

I was anxious to get the roof repaired, since the watermark on the ceiling was getting bigger and since we have had a very rainy year. It took only 1/2 haour to fix the roof, but Franco was thorough, checking the inside ceiling as well. It was an expensive 1/2 hour ($250.),and my receipt had to be e-mailed the next day. All in all, I was relieved to get it done, and would call this company again. Next time, I hope not to be in such a hurry. I will get other estimates, and ask about the receipt policy. I thought that was an unusual practice.
