Spot Pros Carpet Cleaning

I had a terrible experience with a guy who - a small I guess family, a couple - who had a company to clean my Travertine tile and he ended up ruining it with spray marks and stuff. He was terrible and now I know why he's not a part of Angie's List. He had a nice little web page with pictures of things he'd done. He was just amateurish. I think that he has a problem with Angie's list, which I remember asking him why he wasn't on it and he gave me a Trumpian answer, like they were unfair, they do this or that, whatever. The carpet was sticky and wet. The first time he left, he left a dark film on the floor. He wanted me to stay off of it for four hours and then to mop it up, and after I did the grout was black. So I had him come out and clean that and he proceeded to use an experimental chemical on it that he said would strip the old wax and - not wax, but whatever was on there - and he ruined part of my ... the spray is on the back of my furniture, the wood part, on the wood flooring. I'll just never use him again. He was back several times. Terrible; I've never given anybody an F before. Well let's see; he poured his chemical water in my sinks in two areas and left a film that I couldn't get off, and he borrowed one of my mops without my permission and used it. So because he didn't have the right equipment and used mine and gave me the charges that he did, I'd say a D for price. He tried. I know he went to an expert somewhere about a chemical he used and he felt very apologetic and he came back, and he said he was determined to get it done, and this and that. Underlying all that, I think there was a bit of presenting himself in a false way, telling me he'd done this before so many times and it was easy. So I think there was some falsehood there. I don't remember if he showed up on time.
