Christie was able to explain all of the home loan information to us and she was able to get us pre-qualified for the loan. She ran our credit and discussed our credit reports with us. We were able to do all of the work over the phone and compile all of the paperwork over the phone and through fax. She told us our limits and helped us get in touch with a real estate agent. We were pre-approved for the loan and she sent all of the information to both me and the real estate agent. When it came time for us to close she was able to lock in our rate and get everything taken care of for us. Even months after our home was closed she emailed me and let me know that I could get a lower rate for my loan. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen with the rates.
