"Mr. [member name removed], we are very sorry that you had concerns with our service. I wanted to get facts before responding to your review. The problem with your unit was not a capacitor issue. If it were a capacitor that needed to be replaced, you would not be getting any cold air in the house. You stated in the email that you were not getting enough air in 2 rooms. Below is the message sent by you to us through Angies List. [member name removed] 7/20/2015 My number is [member information removed]. We have 2 rooms that is not getting enough cold air. Please schedule the diagnostic check. Jay You purchased the diagnostic through Angie's List on Saturday July 19 and I responded on Sunday July 20th and scheduled you for July 24 at 9am as it was stated by Angie's List that the dates below where suggested by you: Scheduling Member suggested dates to schedule service: Morning (AM) on 7/24/2015 Morning (AM) on 7/27/2015 Morning (AM) on 7/28/2015. We apologize in advance for not being punctual. Sometimes we run into unforeseen issues at time of service beyond our control. As Mr. Sanchez mentioned to you there was nothing that we were able to do because your ducts were not accessible since they were installed between the ceiling and second floor to be able to fix the issues from when the unit was first installed. The only option available was to install a mini split head in each room. This was easier option other than ripping off the ceiling. I then sent you the estimate on the 26th a couple days later: see below. Sanchez Quality Performance HVAC 7/26/2015 Good morning Mr. [member name removed], I have attached the estimate for the Mini Split systems for the two rooms. It is important to know that these systems are more expensive because of their energy efficiency and are able to control each one separately. Please let us know if you have any questions. "Unfortunately I can't say its un-believable that there are companies out there that are taking advantage of customers in that matter. Its even scarier when you think about how many people have actually fallen for their scams! I commend you for catching their lies and getting a second opinion! We might have benefitted from giving you a replacement bid rather than try and save you money for at least a bit longer but this is exactly what sets us apart from the rest here at Sanchez Quality Performance HVAC! :)"
