We were doing a major renovation to our home with the assistance of SEA company. We did some renovations and did a 40% remodeling job. The addition was large and they did a great job. This company hired our other contractors so we did not have anything to do with that. They were very efficient and even did a follow up visit in contract with the warrant to make sure everything was alright and we had no problems. The work was great but it did take a month more than the estimated time frame initially given to finish.
Description of Work: They did major renovations on our home including a large additional room.

THEY BATHROOM REMODEL WAS GOOD, WE ARE HAPPY WITH THAT. THE ROOF SHINGLES WENT WELL WE ARE HAPPY WITH THAT. WHERE THE CHIMNEY WAS REMOVED, THE ROOF LEAKED. THE REPAIR WAS VERY POOR QUALITY AND LOOKS AWFUL. HE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED IT NEEDS TO BE REDONE, BUT AFTER 6 MONTHS HE WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. I HAD TO REPAIR THE INTERIOR CEILING THAT WAS DAMAGED BY LEAKING. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CHIMNEY REMOVAL.
Description of Work: HIRED TO REMODEL MASTER BATHROOM, REPLACE SHINGLES ON ROOF AND REMOVE A CHIMNEY AND REPAIR ROOF WHERE CHIMNEY WAS LOCATED.
