The technician showed up on time. Brandon did a great job. He ran my shower and my laundry line. He gave us a 30 day guarantee. He is a hard working plumber. Will use him again!

They were very efficient. They had a tool break, and they had another plumber come over and fix the drain. They did not charge for the tool nor the down time. They charged me the minimum charge. They did excellent work.

The bill was over $700 for the first 2 guys, as the third didn’t charge. I complained as the first 2 men didn’t do anything while out but I paid for it. Roto Rooter gave me a slight discount, but it still wasn’t a pleasant experience. I will choose another plumber going forward.
