They are reliable. They came on time. They did instead of just charging me for a new unit, they showed me what could be done to make this one last longer, so I felt like they were not just trying to get all of money, they were helping. They took the effort to point out what different things could be done to my AC unit.

They did an excellent job. They are really nice people. They really worked with me, they could have charged me more. I was concerned and asked if it would be cheaper to buy a whole new unit and he said no, this is the best way to go. This is an old unit and they made it work.
