He did a great job. He was very professional and very clean. The price was good.

The whole experience was great. He came on time to the appointment.
He laid down drop cloths so he wouldn't dirty my floors, and covered over the fireplace opening to contain the ash and soot.
He scraped down the soot and swept the chimney clean and removed it all with a bucket and vacuum. He repaired the springs and explained how the spark arrester worked so if we wanted to replace the springs ourselves, we knew what to do.
I will definitely do business with Old World Chimney Sweep again!

Old World Chimney Sweep was quick. He explained everything we needed to know. He was careful to set out protective tarps to protect the floor. He was very candid about what was going on inside of our chimney and what we could do to improve it. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything. There was not a top to the chimney and the damper was broken so there was clearly water damage had been happening and he gave us a quick solution that we could use to fix it. I felt like he was really reasonable. In the $99 was included fixing some cracks in the mortar. He was courteous and, actually, early! He got the job done quickly and I would definitely use him again.
