He came out on Saturday and said the pump is not working and that he couldn't fix it. He said he would have to order a new one. They installed the pump improperly to begin with. You cannot life the lid correctly and if it breaks off it nullifies the warranty. They told me they would get back to me and they said they would not be out for two weeks. They have know there are problems with these pumps for the last seven months. They came out last July because I was having problems then. I can't get anybody to call me back. Because of the warranty I have to use this company to get the pump replaced.
