Leonhardt Window Cleaning & Power Washing

He seemed to know what he was doing when I spoke with him for an estimate. Mark came out Tuesday the 4th and took the board down very quickly. He said he would be back the next day, Wednesday, to finish up the gutters and put the new board up. In the meantime, he asked for $70.00 for the supplies which I gave him. Well, he didn’t show up and didn’t return my calls! When I finally spoke with him and asked why he hadn’t shown up on Wednesday, he said he had left his phone at home and had gone to his mother’s birthday party! He came back on Friday and did the gutters and took my paint for the fascia. I asked if he’d be done by that next Tuesday because I would be leaving town – he said he’d be back the next day to finish up or he would call me if he couldn’t make it but again, he didn’t show! Lowes called me today and said that they had my fascia boards that were ordered last Tuesday and were waiting to be picked up! I was shocked! I thought Mark was picking these up so he could finish up the work.  Lowes told me that the board only cost $21.00 so where was the rest of my money??? I’ve called him twice today and he has not returned my calls! I would like some of my money back & I’ll find someone else to do the work. I don’t trust him. I need him to give me my paint back as well.
