Landmark Limited is excellent. We've been using them for maybe a year on May 1st after being with a prior management company after 22 years. They just did a complete turn-around for the association. When we started with them, we were in the red,we're now well ahead. Our reserve fund is built up, we've managed to put a beautiful fence around our pool and got rid of that stinking wires. They're really, really a great company. We have two greenbelts that have to be maintained. We have a landscape that needs to be swept at, we have a pool that needs to be maintained so they got a really great pool service and they also do a weekly inspection through the neighborhood and make sure that everyone is following the rules, that you're up to code, nobody's putting in tennis at the front of their house or that their lawn's are being maintained and they just follow up with who it is. They attend out board meeting twice a month. They're extremely professional and respond to our needs almost immediately. They encourage for their education and for the board members. They're very active in communicating. They've managed other associations too.
