My water heater stopped working on Thursday. Friday morning I started calling services and got the runaround at several. But when I called Steve of Kieffer Plumbing, he answered the phone within a couple of rings, was very professional, recognized the part # I needed when i read it to him ( as provided by the manufacturer), confirmed he had one available, and scheduled to come by that afternoon. He gave me a call to give me more exact timing before he headed my way and was therefore exactly on time. He went promptly to work, had it fixed in no time, and charged just what he had quoted me on the phone. Very professional and very reliable. I would highly recommend his services.
