Provider did the worst installation of a dishwasher I've ever seen. Purchased the dishwasher through Fred's Appliance and was told that the warranty wouldn't be honored if the dishwasher wasn't installed professionally. Unfortunately, I was saddled with this sorry excuse of a plumbing company.
1. I scheduled the appointment for a day when I could be present to monitor the installation. The office confirmed the date with me, but showed up a day early (confirmed by the person who showed up).
2. They used wood screws through the side of the dishwasher, through an inch of thin air on each side, and then a quarter inch into the pressed wood cabinets on either side. They made no effort to support the top of the dishwasher. No surprise, within a month the screws ripped out and the dishwasher started flopping forward any time a single tray was pulled out, routinely causing dishes to race out and sometimes crash onto the floor.
Unfortunately, they charged $162 for this mess and I had to fix the problem myself (took ten minutes of prep time to do it properly and now the dishwasher works great all the time). Why did it take me this long to write a review? I misplaced their receipt and it took me this long to find it to warn others away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER!
