Home Inspection
I reviewed many different local home inspection services and I received the most personal and prompt communication from Ron prior to actually scheduling the service. His inspection report is more personalized and is much less of a fill in form than his competitor's form. I scheduled him about a week prior to the inspection date and he sent a confirmation e-mail a few days before and showed up on time the day of inspection. Ron encourages participation in the inspection process and he likes to have you follow him around the home and he will talk to you about what he is seeing and actually recommend repair materials/procedures based on his construction background. Ron took as much time as needed to get the job done and he didn't seem rushed like most contractors. He did not pack his schedule full at the sacrifice of customer satisfaction.
