The couches and chairs were exactly the same couches and chairs. It was a good time. It may have been a different franchise because a different person came out. I was happy then.

I asked for an estimate for carpet cleaning on my dining room rug. The first time I had them do my carpet and upholstery, they took the rug with them to do it and then brought it back at a later time. This time when they came out, I called them first to set it up. When they got there to give me the estimate and do the cleaning, they told me that they weren't going to take the rug. That was a surprise to me. I didn't want it to ruin my hardwood floor so I didn't have the rug done. You could see the line of dirt on the arm hold. There was dirt when he did the suction. He didn't overlap the strokes. When they sucked up the water and dirt, you could see the line of dirt on my arm holds. They were polite and professional but the quality of work wasn't what I paid for.
