Michael from Draperies Plus was great. One of the plastic bits that attach the vertical blinds to the head rail in our bedroom had snapped off. We called Draperies Plus to ask if they could fix it. Michael was willing to come out to our house for $25 and thought he could fix it. Once here, he realized he would have to replace the entire head rail, but the total cost was only $50 including installation, nor did he charge us for the first housecall. Great job from start to finish.
