Delk Pest Control

After doing my own research on Bed Bug Treatments I got two estimates from different companies. I had scheduled a third company to come but they did not show up and  third were not customer friendly. After listening to both companies method of treatment I chose Delk. I felt they were more reasonably priced and were confident in being able to eradicate the pest. It depends a lot on the tenant and their cooperation with following all the procedures including after the treatment.. Delk also gave me a year warranty for the price. I am glad I can use a smaller independent company, I think they take more pride in their work. They were good to keep in contact with me and give me a call instead of me having to call them all the time. They worked well with me and my tenant. They used a heat treat method which was according to internet one of the better treatments and Delk said they have had only 2 out of many homes it did not work for and that was because of the people who lived in the home not following procedures. They also had a bed bug sniffing dog they use after treatment and also come back in two weeks for more inspection and followup treatment. I am confident as well is my tenant.
