I was pleasantly surprised by all her help. Her fee for service was more than reasonable. I highly recommend her service.

I think it went great.  I have a Maytag Gemini oven with two ovens.  The lower oven wasn't working, even tho the upper oven and the burners all worked.  I send Crystal the manufacturer and model # ahead of time via e-mail after making an appointment.  With that information Crystal came prepared with parts to cover a couple of possibilities.  Thank heaven it was the igniter, the less expensive of several possibilities.   i am still amazed that Crystal was able to get in behind the oven - incredible, she must be part gymnast and part appliance technician.  
Crystal was professional, considerate and fun to have around.  The next time something breaks around here, and you know it will, she will be the first person i call.

She called and requested permission to come earlier than scheduled..which was granted.  She was pleasant and very professional.  She was quite qualified.  She know her trade extremely well.  She will be the first person I call whenever I have problems with an appliance.

The technician arrived at the agreed time and diagnosed the problem.  She didn't have the part, so she had to order it.   When the part arrived, she installed it and the fridge is working great now.

Crystal did a great job. She not only fixed the immediate problem but pulled the unit out and opened and cleaned the refrigeration system front and back. She also found a potential problem on the control board and discussed it with me.
She was very through and professional. She is very knowledgable and capable of diagnosing a problem without totally relying on a computer screen.
The price was fair and the work was excellent. I highly recommend .

She was on time and very well priced. I forgot to post on here so I don't remember the cost but remember it was very good. My friend needed her dish washer repaired and I told her to call Crystal. She did an awesome job for her also.

After trying twice to schedule a repair visit through Whirlpool, I finally joined Angie's list.  I found Crystal Aire, liked the reviews and contacted her.  She scheduled an appointment for a 1/2 hour period the next day and arrived within the time window.  She ordered the part, delivered and repaired it and actually called to tell us she would be a half hour late getting the part.  It was incredible.  This is what service is supposed to be.  I would recommend Crystal Aire to anyone who is looking for REAL service.

I called Crystal because of her good reviews on Angie's List.  She did not disappoint!  She scheduled an appointment for the day after I called her, arrived on time, and spent four hours fixing three parts on the dryer that had broken.  Parts alone were $66; she charged only $85 for labor!!  I would have paid over $400 getting this dryer fixed from Sears.  Cannot say enough about Crystal...

I called Crystal because of all the good reviews. I explained the issue with our 2 year old Maytag bottom freezer refrigerator. She was there within an hour. The freezer drain was plugged, the freezer door had to come off, and the trays/baskets come out to get to the problem, and clean all the ice off the freezer bottom. She did it all, explaining the issue as she went along. I will call her anytime I have an appliance issue from now on. THANKS CRYSTAL!

She was very good, came out to my daughter's house and she diassembled a dryer in about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. She spent an hour with me going over the issues it had with me. I was really impressed. I'd use her again.

Crystal was great -- she put up w/my dog. She charged $65 to diagnose the issue, but this was applied back onto the final bill as a credit to the parts and labor.

Again, she was on time and well prepared to get the job done. She was kind to my disabled mother. Although Crystal is petite in stature, she had no problems moving my machines around to get to the top, back and front areas here parts were located. She left the area clean upon her departure. I thought so highly of her service that I asked for several cards to take to the office and recommend to coworkers. She even made some comments and suggestions about my load washer.  
If I have any further appliance repair needs, Crystal Aire will be the first company that comes to mind. I highly recommend this company. I might add, I found her on Angie's List myself.

Service was identified (refrig would not shut off) on 1st visit and was completed the next day.  Very pleasant and responsive.  Service was appreciated and successfully solved our concerns.

Crystal was a very polite and intelligent women with experience. She was able to resurrect the water and ice maker on a 14 year old fridge. I appreciated her diligence and she was very thorough, insuring no leaks and that everything was working properly. I will recommend her to anyone in need of appliance service.

Fridge didn't seem to be cooling properly. I called around 1pm & Crystal said she could come out at 3:30pm. She arrived promptly, assessed the situation and we were able to determine root cause of the issue. While reassembling things she gave a basic tutorial on the major parts and their functions and some things to look for should I have future problems. She also provided some quick & easy maintenance tips that would help with the efficiency of the unit.

Crystal was fast & friendly but most important HONEST!! She knew what he was doing. If you're looking for integrity....YOU'LL FIND IT HERE!

She kept me informed during the entire process with 3 update calls.  My tenant could not be happier and advised me that the refrigerator has never worked better.  I had expected to pay  much more and was already considering purchasing a new refrigerator.  When she advised me of the cost of repair it was not economically feasible to purchase a new refrigerator.  I will definitely use Crystal again.

Our Maytag dryer suddenly made horrendous clunking noises for no apparent reason. Crystal was prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem, found a pending problem (fraying drive belt) and fixed it all.  Very competent, very pleasant and professional in every respect. We believe we got an excellent and honest value and would hire Crystal again.

Crystal came out same day we called.  Was during 30 min time slot as stated.  Did a professional  job at a very reasonable price.  Very satisfied, Recommend to everyone!
