The tech showed up on time, and even though he knew he had to replace the DVR, he checked everything thoroughly, along with replacing the DVR.
Everyone that I have dealt with at xfinity have all been very courteous and punctual, including the tech who initially installed everything. Great people working for a great company!

Service is good, customer service is good as long as you get someone on the phone for internet trouble shooting that speaks English well. Monthly service is expensive.
