 + -1 moreWe were impressed with Colonial North's website, their fee structure, and the transparency of the information they presented online. They tout their "personal attention" and "one-on-one rapport" with their clients. Based on that impression, we decided that they were a good candidate for property management of our rental house in Stockton. However, we could never get in touch with them by phone. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we called four times on different days and at different times over a 1-1/2 week period, leaving at least one message (when allowed to), without ever making any contact. Responsiveness is key to a property management company's business--if this is how they treat landlords, think how they must treat potential renters. Very unprofessional impression of this business.
Description of Work: They provided no services, as we tried to contact them to discuss establishing a property management agreement but they were unresponsive.

Description of Work: They are a property management co. There is no fee until the property is rented. They are advertising the property and interviewing prospective tenants. They are very professional and I am very happy with the service received so far.
