They are probably doing a good job for what they offer as far as small pest control, bugs, ants and stuff like that. My problem is I have small ground squirrels and they said yeah we can take care of those to and put out some bait boxes. I have more ground squirrels now than I did before. So I really think I used the wrong pest control to where I should have used a rodent control. The pest control they are good at. I think the price is a little high for what they do.

Went well. We have dad Clark for 10 years or more. We were dropped when we wanted our regular service tech to continue. They change routes periodically, and we were not happy the last time and got our regular tech back. This time they would not do that. Our regular tech had been with us for many years. Our only gripe with Clark is over shifting techs as some are not as good as others. But they gave us a choice of change or drop their service. Fortunately, our new tech has been with them for a prolonged period and is doing a good job.

Mr. Wysocki (initial contact) was very thorough and clear in his explanations of the procedures and recommendations. He indicated several options and discussed them in detail. He and the contractors appeared to be knowledgeable and well-prepared to deal with the situation. They were ready to begin work as soon as paperwork was completed (about to be submitted, at this writing). They offered an attractive financing plan (a lower interest rate than lenders we have used before). They responded promptly and alerted me by phone as each stage progressed. I was unaware that Clark also employs contractors for the demo/rebuild part of termite extermination. This was especially helpful, as I would not have to coordinate pest control providers and an outside contractor to complete the necessary work. They offered a very reasonable price for the building services, which have not yet begun but are in the scheduling phase.

In the beginning we had a great guy doing our service. He placed and checked gopher traps every week, took care of a major ant problem etc. Then he stopped coming regularly and they sent someone else who didn't do weeds or gophers or most of the service we were paying for. Then our original guy tried to continue to serve us but management took him completely off our route without notifying us. We still have their traps in the ground and they haven't come to get them even after we cancelled our service for lack of service. We were paying for nothing not even regular bug control was being done.

They come out on schedule. I like their price and that they keep all the creepy crawlies away. They treat the outside and if after that I see anything or have any problems between that time and the next time that they show up, they will come out right away or the very next day and they will treat it again.

I am having a lot of problem with spiders and snails and they said I could call them back any time but I do not have the time to do it. So far, I am satisfied with their work. Their price is comparable. In terms of quality, I still have a lot of problem with those kind of pests but I have not called them back either.

Clark Pest Control just call and say they will be sometime this month. We prefer specific date and time. We are not really happy with them. I would probably go with someone else if they presented me with a better offer. I would not use them in the future by choice.

They have been very good. We have a contract with them. We think it is $90 every two months. The name of the person who comes out is Brandon. He is the service guy we have had for five years. He comes out every other month. He does a regular bimonthly service and then if we have any problem he comes out in between the normal visits and as many times as needed. The last time when we had an ant problem he came out the same day. We have a sixty year old house. Ants are our biggest problem. They are a little pricier than some but as far as the people skills and punctuality and things like that they are very good.

We pay between $75-$78 every three months. Their chemicals really work. When they say there are not going to be anymore bugs, they are right. We had problems with spiders and creepy crawlers. My wife has a thing about ants. They took care of the ants and they don't come back any more.

The first visit was great. The representative did a fantastic job, knocked down nests, we were very pleased. When asked to sign a contract for a one year commitment, we were on board. The subsequent visits were sub par. They no longer took the time or made the effort to knock down nests. When I called to complain, all I heard was excuses. Don't get suckered into the contract, they just don't value the commitment.

They are very good and I am pleased. Every time they come out to the house, they are professional. There is never a time where I have felt harassed or when they have tried to sell me another product. They bill me every other month and I think they do a great job.
