Electrical Service
The provider initially came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor on the refrigerator. The unit was installed, however, the problem was not corrected. I followed up with a phone call only to be put off for an additional week and half before a tech could return to the house and continue with the repair. The tech arrived installed a new part, charged the system with refrigerant and pressure tested the cooling system. Technician stated the problem was corrected and allow for 24 hours before the freezer was back on line. Two day later still no freezer. I spent the next five days of phone calls asking the vendor what the course of action would be. No return phone calls from the vendor. Six days later, the manager of the repair company called and said I was to call Samsung and arrange to have a different vendor complete the project. When asked why, the manager only repeated the statement.
