Description of Work: CR Porter is on my list of merchants with whom I will not do business. Not only did they overcharge me by more than $250 (found my item online at Wayfair for $267 less than CR Porter charged me) for a mirrored room divider, but when it was delivered with a manufacturing defect (I immediately e-mailed her a picture of the defect), the owner subsequently lied about contacting the manufacturer for an adjustment. She claimed the manufacturer would only make a $50 adjustment, which was less than 5%. I finally contacted the manufacturer myself and learned that she had never called them or spoken to them about the problem. Don't deal with CR Porter unless you want to be gouged and lied to.
