He did not come prepared. He made several excuses. I'm very dissatisfied because I wanted my carpet cleaned this day. I had used this company before and it was a wonderful service, the owner stated that he had let the two other guys go. I told him that his business was a shell of what it used to be. He wanted to come back to at another date to clean my carpets and would bring help to move the furniture so he could clean the carpets. I told him to not worry about it as I did not want to hire him to come back.

They arrived on time........they were excellent in terms of their attention to detail...........The carpets looked new when they finished and it only took a couple of hours for the carpets to dry.

Arrived just a little after my appointment, but still witin the given time slot. They worked fast, very professional and listened to my concerns regarding certain areas of the carpet. The carpet had not been washed for about 2 years, and we recently added a new puppy to the mix (she is still in training). We thought the carpet needed to be replaced but figured we would try cleaning first. Brian's Carpet was able to do a pretreatment, deep cleaning, and deodorizer; by the time they finished the carpet looked new and smelled wonderful. Almost 99.9% of the stains/spots were removed (the 1% was due to nail polish not their control), needless to say I am extremely pleased with their service and quality of cleaning.

The carpet was filthy before and was like new once they were done. They did an excellent job. They were here for two-three hours. They were very good. Been using them for 10 years. We get our carpet cleaned by them about twice a year.

I'm very satisfied. I was able to make a request for a bid via email on Sunday. Sharon from their office called me back first thing the next day. She didn't hem and haw about pricing by making the estimates for each portion of the work wide in range; she told me straight up what the costs would be and when they could do the work. I talked with her twice and she was courteous, competent, and professional on both occasions.
Joe and Ryan showed up when promised. They knew what they were doing, gave me a written proposal to sign, answered my specific concerns about residual water in the carpet, my microfiber couch, and how we could clean the five area carpets without damaging the hardwood underneath, and got to work.
They literally spent an hour on each sofa, going over it inch by inch, not missing anything. I had been curious to see how serious they would be about doing a good job and was happy that they worked hard at it while being methodical. The couches came out gorgeous; they look brand new. All the dark, sticky spots on the carpets came out with their attention to detail. I will hire them again and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

They were able to respond promptly, arrived on time, the 2-person crew immediately got to the job at hand, were fast, efficient - and assured me that they could take care of the problems as well as odors. I wasn't convinced - until I saw the end result. Astonishing! And the carpets smell clean and fresh, too! If there's anything that infuriates me, it's people who don't take pride in what they do - and perform tasks as swiftly as possible with no interest in being thorough. That can't be said of Brian's Carpet and Upholstery. They more than met my expectations and I recommend them to everyone in the Modesto and Stockton areas. The best carpet cleaners I've ever dealt with.
