Wonderful. Their new location offers more room. Vets are all great & very compassionate, but I always see Dr. Connie. Took my senior cat in for routine yearly check up- which I received an email notification reminding me (...awesome!) Called & got appointment next day. She had her check up, some recommended blood work due to her age, brought her vaccinations up-to-date & got groomed afterwards. The vet called after the exam to let me know of any issues & about the recommended blood work. They understand that we can't always afford to get everything done, and don't make you feel bad. Instead they recommend based on necessity within your budget for that visit. Plus, I can access all of my cat's lab test results & visit summary online. For the amount of things I had done, it would have cost me easily $300 more elsewhere. Their concern is the well being of your pet & quality of care. They have the latest equipment too, which is reassuring especially if you need x-rays. (I found out the hard way that older xray equipment can miss important details.) That's how I first came here. Carrying films for my other cat. It was too late for my guy sadly. But they helped me make sure he didn't suffer & were so understanding. That right there meant the world to me. I've been coming here ever since!
