The staff at Banfield was very responsive to my needs as my previous prescription had expired. They checked my pet's file and within minutes I was given a new prescription so I could purchase the food for my cat's special diet. Everytime I have been there, the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.
