We contacted this company to get an estimate. They were very responsive. Received our quote the next day. Bob was very informative and answered all our questions. We contracted with them to do the work and it was completed in the time frame they told us it would be. The system works great. The main reason for going with them was not price, it was because the company is rated as a Platinum Installer by the Manufacture. We were able to get an extended warranty because of it.

Our home air conditioner stopped working on a 100 degree day, on a Friday evening.  I contacted 3 businesses via Angie's List, and left email messages that our air conditioner stopped working and was 20 years old, and we would need a new one.   Bob from B&B Heating and Air emailed the next morning and gave his phone number.  I called him and he said he would  come out in the afternoon.
I told him on the phone we needed a bid on a new unit.  When he arrived, he checked out our unit and said he thought he could fix it, which he did, for $268.  We were expecting to buy a new unit, which I had read online would be around $5,000, so we were 
thrilled that not only did Bob from B&B have us back with air conditioning on a Saturday, but that he fixed it, when he could 
have easily taken advantage of us by selling us a new unit.  When we do need a new one, we will be calling him, for sure!  I will 
add that of the 3 we contacted, he was the only one who didn't say he would contact us on Monday!  No extra charge for the weekend, either.  You are a great and honest guy, Bob!  thanks again.

These guy were a little late I am assuming because of their busy work schedule but once they got here they did an exceptional job getting my system up and running.
My original call was for them to simply.pull a vacuum on my newly installed mini split system. However, when this attempt was made, it was discovered that my line set was kinked and it had a leak. Undeterred they recommended cutting the line set and redo the flaying which they did. They worked about an hour and got me running and I was very happy. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys for a job well done.

The serviceman had to come out twice. The first time, they found cats in our attic and said we would need to have them removed before they could complete the work. Talk about surprising! I was shocked that the neighborhood alley cats had used my attic and a/c pipes to cool down over the summer. They had flattened the pipes by laying on them, thus they needed replacement. Once we got the cats out, the technician returned and quickly replace the damaged ductwork and tested the air flow of our A/C unit. GREAT JOB!!!

The time frame was not quite met but installation was completed to our satisfaction

He took the heater apart, cleaned it out, put in a new filter for me, and checked the gas and the gas lines. He did everything. He did a complete service on my heater. I needed the heater serviced because I was going to have the windows open due to the water damage caused by the alarm company. I needed my heater system working efficiently. Once I told them of my requirement they ended up coming even earlier. They ended up coming the next day just to help me out because of the situation that I was in. Price wise I have used only them so I cannot compare their price.
