They were not able to remove all the trimmings
because they had filled their truck, with neighbor trimmings,
and were suppose to come get rest on Monday the next day. We had to
call and get tough to get them to come get the rest but they did do a
good job, for a fair price. They worked the whole time but did pick up some
small jobs from neighbors, they were not working by hour so I did not mind,
good for my neighbors too!

This job included removing a large old Elm Tree, a Privet Tree, a Palm Tree, and removing the English Ivy engulfing a Wooden Shed, and a Fence.  The Elm Tree was very difficult as it had PG&E, Cable TV and Telephone wires for three houses going through the branches or in close proximity and parts of it overhung our two sheds and the neighbor?s yards and sheds. The first day, PG&E disconnected one neighbors wires and work progressed until a bad crack was found in one of the trees main branches which made it too dangerous for the man working in the tree. To safely remove the cracked branch required disconnecting the other neighbors PG&E, which was going to result in a week?s delay. Four days later during a wind storm the cracked branch fell taking out that neighbors power line, cable and phone, I called Angel and that morning he had a crew in the neighbor?s yard cleaning up the debris and up in our tree taking off as much of it as he could while the power line was down. After another PG&E disconnect at the first neighbor?s house the Elm Tree was completed. All the work had to be performed by hand as access to the yards with equipment was impossible. The Elm Trees Trunk was 36 inches in diameter and had to be cut up and wheeled out by hand. The only piece of equipment that with difficulty could be brought into the yard was the Stump Grinder. Each day the yards were left clean and Angel honored his original estimate, which was substantially lower than the other three estimates I received, and one Tree Service did not want to do the job period, and referred me to Angel as the person who could probably do the job. The other two trees were removed and the stumps ground and the Ivy removed to my complete satisfaction. The two things that were a bit of a negative was that I had to do all the coordinating with the PG&E bureaucracy, and phone calls to Angel usually resulted in a Voice Mail, but he always responded in a timely manner. Overall it was an A+ experience, Angel and his employees acted and performed professionally and I would highly recommend, and use them again

The company was courteous, professional, timely and easy to work with.  Completed all work as contracted in a timely fashion.  Workmanship was good, and price was outstanding compared to other bids we had received.

They did an excellent job. They were very good. They were reasonable compared to other estimates that we got at the time. They came out, gave us an estimate, did all the work we asked them to do, and they did it quickly, they didn't leave a mess and did it for the price they said they were going to do it for.

His climbers use spikes on boots, which some arborists believe damages the trees.

They did a very confident job. They came out and they stuck to the estimate. They were efficient and fast. They're very careful not to damage any surrounding plants. They cleaned up afterwards. They're courteous and they have professional staff. They did a good job and they have a fair price. I was happy in what they do.

I left 3. Messages over 3 weeks. They did not return my calls.

They worked with great caution, had a reasonable price, and did a great job. The cleanup was immaculate.

Cut down tree in about 90 minutes. They then removed he stump with a grinder. Ground additional surrounding roots to below ground level. Cleaned up everything and completed job in about 4 1/2 hours. The next day they came out to pick up remaining wood. I pointed out some additional roots that they missed and they took care of it without complaint or additional charge. Great job. Looks as if he tree was never there!

This company is unprofessional. He scheduled an appointment and I waited around for him. He did not show up nor did he ever call eve to this day 1 full week later. I would think twice about this guy.

Angel and an assistant arrived the agreed upon morning and started work immediately. They worked steadily through the day to get the tree down. A second crew arrived in the afternoon with the chipper truck and cleared all the wood. The area was cleaned up when they finished and all debris removed. They came back a second day to remove the stump and also cleared away the cement left from the repair of my neighbor's driveway. Angel had recommended someone who could repair the driveway and that was also done to my satisfaction.

I have used them probably 10 times over the years. They are consistent, affordable and good to do business with; they clean up everything afterwards. I will use them again in the future.
