All Weather Roofing

Contacted the office to schedule an appointment for and estimate. Several days later the estimator contacted me by e-mail to set up a time and date. I reminded him that my home is two story--bring a tall ladder! He said he didn't have one and would have to get back to me. He didn't, and when I inquired to him about a week later, he said he couldn't get one of the trucks with a tall ladder to come out with him so he would have to pass on bidding on our job. Roofing company estimator without a ladder for a two story home??? I'd suggest you move on to another contractor for your job!!

The shingles we asked for were not available on the day of the roofing and we were surpised by a forced decision to change materials at the last minute. The vent shingles have never vented well and consequently our attic is at 140 degrees consistently in the summer despite an added fan/vent. Also, debris was left in the attic on top of insulation batting. We still haven't gotten it all up.

I met with  Jason to get the bid, he was very professional and informative about the different types of roofs and materials used. When I decided what I wanted I signed the contract and the work started soon after, no delays what so ever. Jose was the foreman for the workcrew, he took out all permits and handled trhe inspections. All work was done in a timely manner and the job was completed in less than a week.

They did a great job.  Very professional, great workmanship.  Any issues were resolved quickly.
