Did the work as promised, but complained about the conditions constantly, including the heat. That was particularly irritating because he chose the day to do the work and seemed miffed that I could not provide an umbrella for him to work in the shade. Seems to me that if you need something to make yourself more comfortable, you should know that and bring it. The final straw was that the faucet he supposedly repaired leaked the first time I used it. When I asked him to come back and repair it, he did so but he wanted more money. I told him I wasn't going to pay him to fix something that he told me was working when he left the last time. He begrudgingly accepted that, but I won't have him back again.

Skip showed up right on time to give me a free estimate. He was very friendly and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of sprinkler systems. He went all around my yard and did a very thorough job of evaluating what needed to be done.

He told me he would go home and work up an estimate for me and call me later on, which he did. I thought his estimate was very reasonable and we hired him to do the job. We scheduled the date, he showed up right on time and he and his assistant went to work immediately. They completed the whole job in a couple of hours, then he took me around to show me everything that had been done. He also tested all of the sections while I was there with him and even took the time to show me some things about my sprinkler timer that I was unaware of. We were very happy with his work and would not hesitate to hire him again!

The job went very smoothly. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. Have had no further problems with the repairs he made, and will definitely call him again should the need arise.

Called to confirm appointment. Showed up on time and had all necessary materials in his trailer. Worked very efficiently and explained what he had done to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Will definitely use their services again.

We called Skip because one of the systems was in an 'always on' state such that only turning the water off would fix it. He came out and fixed that problem and fixed 3-4 other nagging problems that we had with our system. Our house is a Fanny Mae repo that we purchased a year ago and we didn't understand our watering system. Now we do. I actually couldn't be happier. I think Skip did a great job for a very reasonable price.

At the time, there was a more pressing need to a seemingly more urgent situation ! I had a bit of a flooding situation going on in my backyard. They did a thorough investigation, to try and figure out where the leak was coming from. But, informed me everything seemed to be working okay, except for the two sprinkler heads that had to be replaced. But, that was not where all the water was coming from. He suggested that it might be coming from the neighbor's backyard. So, to get a second opinion, the next day I called another irrigation person to check it out. I had him go to my neighbor's house, but no one was home at the time. I took the responsibility of letting him enter my neighbor's backyard, to investigate. Upon returning, he discovered it was in fact coming from his yard. He turned off one of the valve's that happened to still be running, which in turn immediately stopped the flooding situation in my yard. (What a relief that was !!)

He fixed some sprinkler heads that didn't even need to be touched. One valve have to be fixed and that was it. He stated that he is only required to complete 95% of the contract on the job. He told me that I could get those hose myself and water the rest of the lawn. He was complaining about not getting any extra money for coming out for two visits. The sprinklers are still not working correctly. He is not a licensed business.

Skip Jacobs was prompt, professional, competent, efficient. He explained in terms that I could understand, performed the work on the spot at a price that I thought reasonable. I will call him again and recommend him without reservation. He specializes in residential sprinkler system repair. I understand that he does repair only, not installation.

I have been overlooking the repair of broken sprinkler heads and leaking valves for more than two years. I finally decided to research and find someone to come out to make everything work! I found this provider on Angie's List. I arranged for an estimate appointment. Upon the review of the front and backyard systems, I was provided an estimate, of which I felt was very fair. We arranged for a date to complete the repairs. The repair was completed while I was at work, but I did come home toward the end of the day/project so that the provider could review with me the work that he completed, as well as, to provide me with information on how to run the systems. Everything works great. I should have found this provider sooner.

Mother in law's automatic sprinkler system stopped working and areas of the lawn were drying out due to defective sprinklers. Valves would stick and one station would not turn off without the water supply being turned off. I called All American Sprinkler Repair and Skip asked to describe the problem and said he could probaly come out by 5pm. When I got to the site the job was completely done and Skip suggested how the lawn could be improved, all before 5pm.
