went out of his way to make my screen stay on.   Showed me how bad the filter was and just did it all by showing me and explaining.  I signed up for the service and they come twice a year to test and clean.  I really am happy with their service

It went great!  When I called the office to request service they were friendly, polite and very sympathetic about the situation of having a down A/C unit in the midst of a heat wave.  They promised someone would be out that afternoon and the repairman actually arrived a little earlier than scheduled.  There were problems with getting the wheel fan out of the blower motor because of bad previous repairs so he took it back to their shop where he would have the appropriate tools and returned the same afternoon to install it.  We had our A/C back on by 4:30p.m.  I'm very impressed and I will definitely use Air Tech again.

Excellent. The unit was checked and the problem was discovered and corrected. Alos, the unit was cleaned and the air floqw was checked from several ducts for a period of  bout 30 minutes.
