Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
He gave me an estimate and a bid. He began work in June 2010, and the project kept dragging on. By November, the job was still not done. I had to keep calling and calling him, but he never came back out to finish the job. Eventually he told me I was just a pain and hung up the phone. He sent some guy out that had no idea what he was doing. He'd smoke a cigarette about every 20 minutes and did poor quality work. I eventually contacted his bonding company, HCC Surety Group, and they never even sent anyone out to look at the job. They instructed him to take me to small claims court so they wouldn't have to pay. The job is still not done, but he expects me to pay the $2500. I would recommend
