The pool guy is amazing. If there is something wrong like recently, he spots and he fixes it. The guy is reliable, he is friendly, he is courteous and he is just a good guy. He really knows things, once there was a leak in our filter. He told that he is going to shut it off and he will be back in couple of days with an assistant. He said, will take it apart, will find the problem and will talk to me about it. He will inform how much it will cost. He told it is leaking and it is a problem. He recommended me to leave it off and told he will be back indeed in couple of days. He was back indeed in couple of days, indeed he checked it apart, indeed he found the problem and it was only like just couple of $100 but I thought it's going to be around $3000 deal. He said what he would do. I love them. He comes here every week; like clockwork and stops here. He is fabulous and I love it.

After the first jandy check valve did not work properly, they came out very quickly to repair it. They are extremely responsive, always returning my calls on the same day and often scheduling an appointment for the next. Though they run a pool-cleaning business which I don't use, they are extremely adept at repairing all sorts of pool electrical and plumbing problems. And they do it with respect and a complete air of professionalism. They've been together as a repair team for 25 years.
