My house is the majority of the work on their website advertising and the worst part is they not only had to be fired from the job for basically abandonment but they also took all of the entire contracts money upfront and won't pay back and couldn't finish. We couldn't work with them any longer because no one was ever there. Day after day I would continue to go to the house and sit and wait for subs to show up after Paul would State someone would be working that day. A 4-5 month job has gone 10months and still not done! They threaten slander every time they hear me speaking Ill of the job they have done but they are theifs! They will ask for checks to continue work to move forward and because we didn't want any more delays we would just pay and pay! I would have contractor after contractor come out and bid the property to take over and they wouldn't even want to because the work was done so poorly it would cost so much to redo! Tom Nichols owns HomeSmartNCG and because I worked and loved that company I didn't think he would ever do anything this awful! Man was I wrong! I have pictures! I have pictures of everything and dates shivering how little they worked, these pictures are so early in the job- we had already over paid by 3rd of the contract!

Please do not use. If you use, please make sure to receive lien releases from all suppliers and sub-contractor as each part of the job is completed. SOFI does not pay their sub- contractors. Please protect yourself and read-up on Mechanic Liens. We withheld a small amount for items to be fixed. They never responded. Ended up opening a case with the state contractors license board. I wish I would’ve know this when we hired them. They’re strong on the sale pitch. Please protect yourself.
