Our System is meticulously reinforced in Always providing with the best customer service starting by always having a supervisor or team leader on every appointment to make sure that all homes are cleaned up to our standards. All first time cleanings, or thorough cleanings always include a pre-walkthrough and a final walkthrough. Our Supervisors are alway present on 1st time cleanings & are highly trained to work with customers' budgets and needs. Our professional cleaners are trained to properly communicate with our customers and advice them on what areas need attention or require detailing and will focus on quoting the job based on what the customer wants and needs. Our services include all Cleaning supplies (ECO friendly), including new sponges, disinfected microfiber towels, detailing brushes, all cleaning equipment, etc. As well as a supervisor on sight on every job and the pre walk-through, & final walk through. All appointments are process through email where our representative provides all detailed information about each service and answers any questions or concerns.
