As a person who frequentely relies on reviews from others I felt I had to share my feedback about Cyndi Lesinski for those to see. Moving to an area where we did not have a referral for a real estate agent was scary to say the least. We've usually had one in the past. There are thousands of agents in the SCV alone. We saw the stellar reviews about Cyndi and decided to interview her. I am ecstatic to say that I am now typing this review in our dream home which Cyndi was our agent. From the first impression to the weeks after unpacking our boxes Cyndi has been there for us. She makes you feel like you are the only client even though she is one of the most sought out realtors in the valley. That in itself is priceless. We are very big on communication; buying and selling homes can be stressful and emotional so not hearing back from an agent is aggrevating. Cyndi always communicated right away via phone, email, text, etc. Cyndi's knowledge about every community we were interested in was huge for me. A person can find alot online themselves but there are so many little personal things like history of a neighborhood, hidden bond taxes, what is included in a HOA, local hidden eateries or parks, etc that is needed to visualize where you will put your roots down. Cyndi knew all this an more everytime we found a home. She will give you her professional opinion about value, pricing, and resale. I've worked in real estate offices in the past and top performing realtors can sometimes have an "aire" about them as if they are better than others. You will not find this with Cyndi. She is well-rounded, down to earth, yet the utmost of professionalism and will treat others in the entire process with respect. The process doesn't end when you close. Cyndi shares local and trusted contacts for all types of home services. Her Rolodex of people saves time and money for anything home related. I breathed a sigh of relief when we found her...and my instinct was right. She is a breath of fresh air for the real estate industry. I knew we'd find a home with Cyndi, but I didn't know we'd gain a new friend along the way. :)

Cyndi is a superb professional, and is a friendly and caring person as well. She very successfully listed, marketed, and sold our mother’s house in Valencia. Cyndi is not only very knowledgeable and skilled in real estate, but very importantly she displays other very positive attributes that make her truly outstanding. She is super high-energy (a real go-getter as some would phrase it), displays the highest level of integrity, is proactive, and is consistently and quickly responsive to questions and requests. Additionally, she went above and beyond to help us out on several ancillary matters.
Ros assisted in the process, was very helpful, and is great as well.
Cyndi melds good old fashioned attention to detail, initiative, hard work, skill, and responsibility with the very latest technology and online marketing methods. She is truly a top-echelon professional. Having been in higher management in my own profession (I.T.) for more than 30 years, and my wife’s and sister’s professional experience for many years, we know what we are taking about. We give Cyndi our very highest recommendation.

We had some specifics in mind and Cyndi was very patient with us and accommodating. It took us almost a year to find exactly what we wanted. We weren't in a rush and Cyndi was always there for us when we'd say, and quot;We saw this house. Can you show it to us?and quot; She was never push but always very pleasant and professional. When we finally found our and quot;dream homeand quot;, she was with us every step of the way from bidding, negotiating, and going through all the paperwork. Cyndi definitely knows and loves the real estate business. She's very knowledgeable but was willing to take the time to explain the process in a way that's easy to understand for the layperson. I would most assuredly recommend Cyndi to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
