Budget Blinds of Valencia

My experience with budget blinds was horrible. They came out in August to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price and I hired them to install my shutters. Once the shutters finally got here in October all but two were totally destroyed. The installer (owner)still installed them hoping I would not notice the damage and the hole in my wall that he drilled there. I pointed out the damaged shutters and he got extremely angry and started to remove the shutters while damaging my walls. I told him I was not going to pay for the damaged shutters and he started screaming at me. At that point I had to call the police out on him. After he took down the shutters that were damaged he said that I should receive my new ones in about 4 weeks. Almost two months later after 10 unreturned phone calls, they were finally installed. I would NEVER recommend budget blinds to anyone!!! The worst customer service ever!
