Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Terrible. Simply terrible. I had to fire them 6 weeks into a job they said would take 2 to 3 weeks. At the time I fired them, they were about 60% complete. They kept promising "one more day, we'll be done", "...couple more days, you'll really like it". They installed the cabinets over a wall that they did not re-surface. The wall had holes in it the size of a fist. They said "we'll patch some parts and rest no one will see". I argued with them for a week to finally take the cabinets down and re-do the walls completely. They were confrontational and angry the entire time. Even after they finished the quality of their work was so poor my painters refused to paint over the walls until they were repaired. I fired them and they still showed up the next day and CHASED OFF MY NEW DRYWALL CONTRACTOR!! Their VP showed up 3 days later and took the side of their employees. They don't care about quality or customers. Workers made disgusting X-rated comments while there.
