We found them online and the reason that we found them on line is because we were particularly interested in orange oil for termites.  When the technician came out he told us that for our particular problem it would be best handled another way besides orange oil. He gave us all the facts and discussed our options.  We decided to go with another method besides orange oil that would last longer and would be more effective in killing the termites. We were so happy with him that we referred them to a friend and she used them and they send us $50 referral fee. Since then we have referred him to a neighbour and she would be using them as well.  The exterminator went under our house and told us that we have a lot of wood underneath that is attracting termites and that our foundation needs work.  He is mature person and he has been in business for a long time so he knew what he was talking about. So we went on Angies List and got a construction provider who gave us an estimate and charged us $100 for the estimate.  The construction provider said that sometimes the termite people know what they are talking about and sometimes they don’t.  So the construction provider went under our house and said that this time the termite person is right and that our foundation is shifting.  That is because where our house is built is terraced as we live on a hill.  The houses are all shifting a little bit and are made worse by our neighbour cutting away the wall between our two houses temporarily and left it hanging.  We went with it  and we paid half and he paid half and we put up the wall.  But that little bit of time when our house just hanging the construction provider said that could be enough for the foundation to shift.  It is through Angies List that we found the construction provider.  Also when he was down there he got all the old wood out of there and threw it away.  Their price is very competitive.  They came out last September and we had them out just recently for our annual inspection and treatment.  We are very happy with them.

THE MEN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE WERE VERY POLITE AND DRESSED PROFFESSIONALLY. THEY TALK TO ME THE WAY I CAN UNDERSTAND THEM BECAUSE I AM AN IMMIGRANT. THEY DID GOOD WORK AND IT WAS A GOOD PRICE.
